Only a President can be impeached. BO/BS cannot be impeached since he has not proven he is a natural born citizen per the requirement in Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution. The appropriate charge is treason.

No, a VP can be impeached. Judges can be impeached. And in some states Governors and Mayors can be impeached.

Only a President can be impeached.You might be wrong on that one. I seem to remember reading that Federal Judges can be impeached also.
