Do the Dems really care if the individual mandate is upheld or not (assuming that the rest of ObamaCare remains)? If the individual mandate is held to be unconstitutional but the rest of the law stays intact, then the health insurance industry will be forced out of business and the people will cry out for “help”. Voila: single-payer, which is what they’ve wanted this entire time.
