This article/info, is “old” (2006), but the info within scared the *#** outta me, as so much seems to be coming to fruition.
This is interesting, however, I’d like to see the actual info from the meeting than just someone’s notes. It’s hard to know if it is legit. But, this caught my eye: Also, none of the links are working.
“6) Just as the “911 terrorist incident” http://tinyurl.com/mvbl5 and “so called international terrorism” http://tinyurl.com/luka9 and”Sadaam’s WMDs” http://tinyurl.com/ljns6 led to military involvement in Iraq, a soon coming continental-wide emergency such as a currency devaluation, a shortage of gasoline due to a conflict with Iran or the outbreak of pandemic bird flu http://tinyurl.com/qroe6 will require that NORTHCOM deploy the military, global peacekeepers and Blackwater USA security guards http://tinyurl.com/q2ee9 under the terms of the terms of the SPP, for the Homeland’s Security and Order. http://tinyurl.com/pu4kn"
I found this article pertaining to this subject and the links seem to work from there.
FWIW, Obama did say, during campaign 2008, that it was wrong to let NACC/trans-nationals be the only ones to "set the timetables and measure progress". As prez, he would see to it that the unions, enviros, and civil society had a seat at the table.
