Could you please post the 2009 NJ gubernatorial vote by CD?
How did you figure out the vote in townships split between two CDs?
For the split townships, I allocated votes just based on an estimate of relative populations. This was mostly a problem for Edison. I could not find numbers broken down by precinct.
