If that occurred, evacuate the Israelis, then carpet the middle east with neutron bombs. Outlaw islam, hunt every one that is left and exterminate them. That would be the only solution to such a scenario.

In reading your excerpts (I will not favor the source with a hit)... the word "twaddle" springs to mind.
The logistics of smuggling a fission bomb across the border are a bit difficult to credit.... the sheer size inherent in a fission bomb makes it rather unlikely that a group of secretive fellows could carry it, much less hide it.
