actually i thought i let him off easy but his tone to me was completely sarcastic “you do know this/these don’t you”....
i read his post to me last night and later i said to myself-that dude must think he’s some kind of intellectual giant for him to go soliciting like that to me- i got the impression he thinks i mental midget.
I’ve always had good relationships here online at FR and respect people,too, but his sarcasm towards me was just
something i couldn’t swallow lol

Replies to Internet boards and such tend to be difficult to gauge as far as intent, hence the persistence of emoticons and shorthand like “lol.”
There’s some history here of which I’m unaware, so maybe it wasn’t wide of the mark, not for me to say, I suppose.
