How wonderful to see him back in the world. I can't imagine this would happen without BOR's OK .. and GOOD for him ! God love Scooter .. he has aged and even today, looks weary. And how could not .. with Fitzie , the govt stalker, and his sinister imaginings that destroyed Libby's life.
