If the Senate was split 51/49, what are the odds that Castle would switch to the Dems, to give Biden the tie breaker? I’d say pretty high, and even if he didn’t switch, he would sabotage everything the conservative movement wanted to try to do, while voting for cap and trade, amnesty, etc.
