The fact is that, before the Tea Partiers upset things, there was only one major political party with two divisions, Team Red and Team Blue. The Tea Partiers are attempting to upset the Team Blue division of the major political party. Murkowski is faithful to her party, which is bigger than than either the Red or the Blue, and therefore wants Team Red to win. A write-in campaign serves that objective.

That's my theory ... but it could be that she's just a narcissistic b*tch. She sure looks like one.

Does her name have to be spelled correctly when written on the ballot by the voter or will they accept any spelling that is close? Murkowski is not an easy name to spell and a lot of Americans are terrible spellers. Any answers, Alaskans?
