And the taxpayers in the rest of the country will eventually have to bail them out.

It’s easy to see why Cauliphonya wants to “legalize” recreational marijuana.

So "in for a penny, in for a pound" as the saying goes. What an irresponsible state California has become. Glad I left over a decade ago.

California illegal insanity ping!

Now I feel REALLY good about the latest public school teacher bailout where much of the money went to CA.

Dem Gov Martin O Malley tried that crap here and Republicans raised enough of a stink that democrats retreated on the issue.

More garbage CA cannot afford, all the while it comes begging to the rest of us to fork over the dough to pay its budget deficit.

No thanks, California.

You know it’s a little ridiculous for the states to have balanced budget amendments, yet all that happens when they overspend is they go to Washington for a bailout with tax money from the rest of us suckers.

We have got to get to the point where states PAY THEIR OWN WAY. This is the flip side of limited (federal) government.

While the DREAM Act may have languished at a national level, it is still on this week’s to do list for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

But hey, he can WIN.

Don’t bail out California. Let them put their own finances in order. If they need to shut down the entire government to do so, then so be it. They’ll learn a lesson.

When you’re not paying the taxes, you don’t care if the State goes bust.

Is California really that bad? I have a buddy who used to live in Pomona as a kid. He said he went back there recently and didn’t recognize the place. He said California has turned into a dung heap and that he’ll never go back.
