Then its almost a certainty that the GOP will control at least one chamber of Congress.

Bob Schrum couldn’t find his butt with both hands.

Although, he and his candidates are all superb losers.

In fact, maybe I’m really, really wrong, which is the reaction I hear when I dare even to broach this notion to commentators and political strategists in both parties. So let me state it plainly: I now think the Democrats will hold the Congress—yes, the House as well as the Senate—and turn back high-profile Republican challengers in California and elsewhere.

Go full-throttle, Bob. Predict that EVERY race in America will go to the Democrats.

Take a freakin' chance, you moron.

While it does seem like we have a good chance of at least taking the House, I still do not see any real fundamental change in the American public’s view of our social welfare state that would lead me to be super confident about November.

I do worry we are underestimating the opposition, and overestimating the American public.

I still suspect there are going to be a lot of disappointed Tea Party folks who badly misjudged the electability of candidates like O’Donnell. In this environment, nominees like Angle and Rand may win, but I really don’t think Americans have given up on the social welfare state by a long shot. That may happen one day, but it hasn’t happened yet.

Shrum is NEVER accurate. His record (0-8) Proves It.
