I have believed for over a year that we need to go after the local authorities for fraud and eventually somewhere, someone will crack and spill the beans.

It seems that charges against election officials for malfeasance in office and failure to properly discharge their duties could and should be filed. Court cases at this level might force the truth out into the open.

IMO, fraud should have always been the bigger focus, and not Obama’s eligibility. The average voter understands the concept of fraud, but would not understand the nuances of the natural born citizenship clause and constitutional eligibility. As a criminal activity, it would be hard, even for a Democrat-controlled Congress, to ignore clear proof that Obama committed fraud. As such, he would resign or be impeached.
