You’re delusional — you write, “...their Communications Office is refusing to answer your questions.

Even though I provided you with Okubo’s answer. For the second time — her answer:

“I don’t know that it’s possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents.”

You just didn’t like the answer, so in your delusional world, it isn’t there.

Here’s her response — again:

“I don’t know that it’s possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents.”

That, mien Obot, is her answer.

No one can authenticate a scanned image posted on an internet site, hence Janice Okubo’s statement.

For true authentification, you need a hard copy of the original document. In this case, it would be a hard copy of Obama’s Certification of Live Birth with the raised state Seal and the signature of the Registrar of Vital Statistics.

The Governor of Hawai’i has provided such authentification:
“You know, during the campaign of 2008, I was actually in the mainland campaigning for Senator McCain. This issue kept coming up so much in the campaign, and again I think it’s one of those issues that is simply a distraction from the more critical issues that are facing the country. And so I had my health director, who is a physician by background, go personally view the birth certificate in the birth records of the Department of Health, and we issued a news release at that time saying that the president was, in fact, born at Kapi’olani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. And that’s just a fact. And yet people continue to call up and e-mail and want to make it an issue. And I think it’s, again, a horrible distraction for the country by those people who continue this. ... It’s been established. He was born here.”—Governor of Hawaii Linda Lingle (R)

And the Director of Health has testified under oath that the copy posted on the internet by the Obama campaign is the same as the original:
Testimony of Chiyome Fukino, M.D.
Director of Health
February 23, 2010
Hawaii Senate Committee on Judiciary and Government Operations

“For more than a year, the Department of Health has continued to receive approximately 50 e-mail inquiries a month seeking access to President Barack Obama’s birth certificate in spite of the fact that President Obama has posted a copy of the certificate on his former campaign website. Hawaii is a “closed records” state, meaning that vital records are available only to those with a direct and tangible interest as defined by statute; hence, they are not subject to disclosure under public records requests.”
