Look at what they are doing to England and continental Europe. The only place that the moderate Muslim exists is in the fantasies of those who can’t see the writing on the wall. The fall of Turkey- the Muslim world’s one secular success story - makes it clear that whether we want to admit it or not this is a war of civilizations.
We can say “we can’t take on the whole Muslim world” to our harts content but it doesn’t matter. The Islamic world believes its at war with us.
