It is customary that the link points to the source.
You are on Bloggers and Personal and not on news/activism. It points back to FR because this is the forum in which people can post self-written threads.
There is also a religion forum, a general/chat forum, a GOP club forum, etc.
If one hits the “everything” link, then you get to see all posts from all forums. I suspect you might have done this.
