Does this sheltered egghead get oil from the Gulf to make the gasoline that powers his transportation or the natural gas from Texas or Pennsylvania to heat his home and office? If we could harness the hot air spewed by Leftist professors and politicians, we wouldn’t have to worry about our energy future.

No doubt, because he cares so deeply about the environment, he does this gratis.
LOL - I highly doubt that! Guys like this are going to milk the hoax for every dime they can steal from the taxpayer.

Oh, please.
Yet another Chicken Little AGW alarmist.
Of course, it’s only the behavior of the hoi poloi that bothers him.
0bama using 40 jets to bus 800 people to India and leasing the entire Taj Mahal for himself and his guests, is of no concern to the High Priests of Climate Change.
A pox on them.

If I recall correctly, the earth is about four billion years old and the climate has been changing throughout those four billion years.

Being against climate change is morally equivalent to killing babies and puppies and roasting them for dinner.
So say the intellectual fools who invented ‘global warming’(I’m not using the new CYA term).
What a bunch of blitherring idiots.

This Hoffman guy sounds nuttier than squirrel turd.
The giveaway line is, "Climate change as a cultural and behavioral issue". Funny. I thought "climate change" would be about the climate. Silly me.
The he takes the gargantuan leap and tries to tie it to - of all things - slavery. Even those "august" men of science are trying to deal the race card.
The left deals the race card with the same intensity and purpose and if they would say, "you do what I want or I'll kill yo mama.".
Professor HoffenSTEIN laments the fact that more people aren't jumping on the Gorewagon for "global warming", and then tries the silly ploy of tying "deniers" to slavery days. He doesn't know it, but wrapping liberal issues in liberal packaging is almost a guaranteed "no sale".
This climate evangelist needs to find a hobby; his quest to say something profound is making him look like nothing more than an algore disciple.
And to his publisher...well good luck getting a lot of sales on his "article" at $39.95 a look-see; if this story doesn't scare them away, the price certainly will.

What's really like slavery is pro-abortion. The slave owners didn't kill the slaves, so it was not like abortion in that sense.
Rather the slave owners ignored the truth and pretended that black people wern’t people, because that was convenient, less costly, and less work for them.
The abortion supporters are morally the same in their attitudes towards pre-born people. They ignore the truth and pretend that pre-born people aren't people, because it's convenient, less costly, and less work for them.
