I believe we will have 54 Senate seats, 234 House Seats, and have a few pleasant surprises in the Governorships.
They didn't get anything done with 60 seats. How is 54 going to help?

This would be a loss, in both the Senate and House, for the Dems.
So how would this be a "win," the Dems keeping Congress? They still lost seats, so it would be a loss.
