If this happened to my daughter, my statement would be “If you are identified as a member of a Somali gang by colors, hand gestures, graffiti, or hanging out on the wrong corner, you will be killed.”

We're rocketing toward that necessity as a preventative measure, and not just the Somali gangs. The gang culture is exploding because we have law enforcement which refuse to do their jobs, and politicians who refuse to let them.

I have mentioned that to my family more than once, that someday it will be hazardous to wear the wrong color clothing in public. My kids used to think that I was joking when I tell them that some day people that do gang graffiti will be shot on site. And it isn’t for the graffiti - it is for them being in a gang.

It IS amazing how the cops KNOW that these thugs are in violent gangs and don’t do more to aggresively fight them.
