Question: if some colleges were forced to drop a team name like "Redskins" due to PC establishment pressure, why does NC get a pass from these same PC racists for their nickname? Hmmm? Inquiring minds want to know.

Thanks for the nice icon there. Tarheel actually is not a pejorative in that it was bestowed on the Tarheel regiments in the battle of Antietam by Robert E. Lee when the NC regiments held the line against waves of Federals troops
