The comment was in response to a flippant response made to the fact that many criminals are involved in animal abuse.
Cruelty is a way of life for them.
Cruelty to animals is unsavory, loathsome and debasing, but its not in the same category as cruelty to humans, and dosent deserve the same punishment. That was my point.
