Sounds like a heaping pile of nonsense. But strategically, planting things like this in the minds of John Q. Idiot Public can be a useful guerrilla tactic. Once it becomes a cultural assumption that Obama is incompetent, he will never change the perception.
Obama was elected by the votes of apolitical people swaying in the cultural wind that said he was hip and cool. He can just as easily be ejected from office by the votes of apolitical people that have decided he isn't so cool anymore, and downright incompetent. His thin skin won't help him as this happens. Nothing comes across worse than somebody that takes themselves seriously when nobody else does.
