That may be so, but there is still no reason to not just post the whole content on FR. If it is the blogger's own work then there are no copyright issues involved in not excerpting.
If the owner chooses not to post the entire article here then it’s his/her prerogative. One reason could be that the formatting on this site sucks. The format on a blog or other news site is generally geared for easy reading. When full articles are posted here it is nearly impossible to read due to the formatting.
