China is still behaving as they did in the 1960’s with regards to North Korea vs the west in general. They have something of a free market economy but still maintain,at the upper echelons of government,the communist vs democracy mentality. I have no doubt they enjoy seeing North Korea get away with this stuff and the only thing that will prove me wrong is if they take action against North Korea.
