It is a pain in the butt, but what you have to do is copy and print it*, then fill it out manually*, then scan it* and reload it up to the web*.

There are other conservative voices in the new Congress. Let them emerge.

We shall see. Until then, the veteran members of Congress who are hiding behind Gov. Palin's skirt are not leadership material and aren't worthy of the presidency.

>> all we have to do is convince Haley <<

Gotta take issue with you there:

My conclusion from reading the Mississippi press and the Mississippi blogs is that Gov. Barbour basically wants to run — BUT ONLY if his careful analysis can persuade him that he’s likely to win.

In other words, he really and truly doesn’t need our advice. And as much as that fact might hurt your ego and my ego, it’s probably a very good thing!

Myth and his inner circle worked overtime in 2008 to trash Sarah at every inside opportunity. Since she is well aware of how they operate, I hope she is quick on the trigger to immediately call them out and expose them and their deceitful plans. Sarah has the ability to keep any potential damage from the Mythbots to a minimum.

“The country is much more leftist than it was in 1977.”

Wrong.

Conservatives have maintained their leading position among U.S. ideological groups in the first half of 2010. Gallup finds 42% of Americans describing themselves as either very conservative or conservative. This is up slightly from the 40% seen for all of 2009 and contrasts with the 20% calling themselves liberal or very liberal.

http://www.gallup.com/poll/141032/2010-conservatives-outnumber-moderates-liberals.aspx

Conservatives led liberals 40-22 in 1977. So there has been no appreciable change. In fact the country is slightly more conservative than it was in 1977.

EXACTLY, media is doing all they can to make Palin the nominee against dumbo. For the life of me I can’t understand the attraction people have to Palin.

It's simple...She thinks like we do...

Pretty obvious Kraut doesn’t like Palin and never has.

Pray for America

Methinks conservatives need to stop playing the sexism card.

Look, I think Charles is right when he says conservatism is bigger than Sarah Palin. Phyllis Schafly, Rush LImbaugh, National Review, Townhall.com etc. bring conrtibutions nobody can deny but yet the media heads are trying to minimize their work.

I think you’re right. Sarah is over exposed. I hate the phrase but she is damaging her brand.

Not at all...The more we see, the more we like...Wouldn't it be nice to get a President with no surprises attached???

Don’t need to go to HuffPo.

Plenty of their members post the same talking points here.

Word for word.

>> I love Palin also but the media have an obsession with her. <<

Some in the MSM may fear her, but I think most of them really want her to be the GOP nominee because they know they’ll have so much “fun” bashing her.

In other words, the MSM may be up to their old trick of trying to pick the GOP’s nominee, just as they picked McCain in 2008.

Liberals are obsessed with fear of this woman who doesn’t play politics like the dems and most Republicans. She says what is on her mind.

Barbara Bush picked a fight with Palin, not the other way around.

People need to watch & listen to interviews and not just parrot what the media is telling them. Sarah explain why she did the reality show more than once and recently in an interview with Glen Beck.

She will never be given a fair shake in the media. And neither will any other conservative candidate. She isn’t only fighting the left she is fighting the established elite in the republican party. She is using pop culture to take it directly to the people to get her message out. She will be taking on certain issues on her show. Anwar, gun rights etc. She isn’t just going to talk at people, she is going to be showing them.

I too questioned why she was signing on with FOX and doing the TLC show. Once she explained it I thought it was a good idea. Perhaps brilliant. She is thinking outside of the box and just bypassing the MSM to get her message out. She’s a quick learner. And I think it frustrated the heck out of the left. She isn’t letting the media define her. She’s putting herself out there and letting the people decide.

Some people are going to continue to spout off about her without actually listening to what she is saying because they are blinded by what others have told them to think about her.

Having watched what happened to Dan Quayle (I think he was a VP) I am not sure what the correct course is ...The media does not have the same power it had ...but it still has power. Once a person has been Quayled it doesnt seem to go away.

At some point, the media's power to Quayle a conservative needs to be overtunred. As you say, the media doesn't have the same power it once had. In fact the media's attempts to Quayle Palin is having an opposite effect on some people.

I think there is a tipping point. Perhaps that point is 2012.

Chuck just wants some oxygen left in the room for that nice man and well-credentialed future president, Mitt Romney.

When people tell me they don’t like Sarah Palin I always say, “Really? Why don’t you like her?” And you know what? They never have a good reason. They can’t even articulate a reason. So then I gently educate them with a fact or two and make sure they know it’s okay to like Sarah Palin. It won’t make them un-cool which is what the media is trying to do - make it un-cool to like Sarah.

I love her show. And I love the fact that she’s thinking outside the box and not letting them define the rules of the game.
