Sorry, but I think this is the way we should operate. The fact that it becomes public should surprise no one, including the supposed victims. Don’t you think that many foreign govts have files on our diplomats and politician’s? No telling when you might need that info. NSA can tap into a lot of info with cell phone numbers, email id’s, credit card numbers etc. Hopefully, we also collect their dna and finger prints also. Retina scans?

The WikiLeaks information indicates that Hillary – and her predecessor Condolleeza Rice — instructed American diplomats to gather information about “office and organizational titles; names, position titles and other information on business cards; numbers of telephones, cellphones, pagers, and faxes,” as well as “internet and intranet ‘handles’; internet e-mail addresses, web site identification-URLs; credit card account numbers; frequent-flier account numbers; work schedules, and other relevant biographical information.”

Other than the credit card account information, this sounds pretty innocuous.

Hillary: Up to her old tricks

I'm sorry, but I can't wrap my mind around the picture of Hillary performing tricks. I'd hate to bump into her on a streetcorner.

“Now, apparently, we call them the “diplomatic corps.””

Obama calls it the “diplomatic corpse.”

Yep. I sure hope our diplomats here and in country gather all the data points they can regarding foreign officials. It’s kinda their job.

Morris certainly has it in for Hillary - I’ve got to wonder if she was responsible for getting the toe-sucking story out?

Maybe CIA isn’t as loose with its files as the FBI was with theirs.

...that this information could be used to develop intelligence about the activities and whereabouts of foreign diplomatic personnel...

"Shocking!"

Julian Assange and PFC. Manning are basically the new Craig Livingstone and Sgt. Anthony Marceca.

Hmmmmm...interesting. One civilian partnering with one military person. What are the odds.
