I have personally heard plenty of invective from talk radio and talk TV hosts: from wishes for the assassination of Bush, to wishing Jesse Helms grandchildren would die of AIDS, to the "hilarious" jokes about raping Palin's daughter.

The liberals push the view that conservatives are hateful, homophobic, intolerant, etc. and that it’s only good liberals who are kind, gentle, celebrate diversity, are tolerant of all, etc. Yep, we see how tolerant liberals are at certain times.
