Edgar Jimenez a/k/a El Ponchis or The Cloak, the 14-year-old who has admitted to beheading at least four people on behalf of the South Pacific drug cartel, will be tried as a juvie and, if convicted, will face up to three years in prison as reported by The Associated Press. El Ponchis was arrested last week with his sixteen-year-old sister – accused of getting rid of the bodies – by Mexican soldiers at the airport in Cuernavaca for a flight to Tijuana. The siblings said they intended to cross the border from Tijuana to reunite with their mother in San Diego, CA. Mexican officials claim El Ponchis was born in San Diego.
It's not just kids who increasingly are populating the ranks of the drug cartels. The fairer sex also is assuming a larger role in the country's violent organized crime groups as reported by David Agren for USA Today: "Women now participate in kidnappings, extortion and even hits. * * * Some women have ascended to the top echelons of criminal organizations, although such instances are rare. * * * The Public Security released a video over the summer showing a presumed member of La Linea, the armed wing of the Juarez Cartel, explaining how his gang recruited 'good-looking girls to deceive their enemies.'"
The world is going to hell in a proverbial handbasket, and during this quickening even kids and women are bowing to the Devil. But the important thing is that Americans get their drugs come hell or high water.

Life is cheap in Mexico.
Murder for hire is an adult crime and deserves adult time (same for forcible rape). After a fair trial, this little predator should be locked in solitary in a juvenile prison for four years and then moved to adult maximum security for at least 60 additional years.
I guess you missed this in the second paragraph: Mexican officials claim El Ponchis was born in San Diego.
San Diego is still part of the U.S. If he comes to CA he won't be illegal.
Death row is the only sensible punishment for this 14 year old animal.

my bad...I probably skimmed pass that...it’s just that sadly I am conditioned anymore to think that way since there are about roughly 15-20 Million here illegally with many doing the same things.
