I saw somewhere a pyramid diagram that displayed the percentage of kids that earned the Eagle rank compared to the kids that start scouts. Something like 2% make it to Eagle. Along with that was a list of highly sucessfull men who had been Eagle scouts. Good for your son.
Plus the Eagle patch will be for the 100th year of scouting.
Congratulations from the father of three. He will always be an Eagle Scout.
Congratulations
Is that the highest cub-scout rank?
Three fingers up!
Congrats my FRiend, nothing like those proud father moments!
Congratulations Grey Whiskers to the whole family...
... for your Cub, it will be a long road, but enjoy every curve! Take pictures and save the projects, as they deserve to go on display when you have an Eagle Ceremony.
My guy only has his Eagle Board of Review, but it doesn’t look like the Council will get him finished in the 100th year.
Still a great milestone... which needs to be finished up as all the High School activities pull him away from scouting. Looking for the next step like civil air patrol which he got excited about doing the Aviation Merit Badge.
Be Prepared!
ymmv
A distinction which will follow him the rest of his life. Tell him, “Well Done!”
Many Congratulations!!!
My son just turned 3, but I hope that I may make a similar post in the future. :)
An achievement that will serve him well in life. Congratulations Dad !!
Well done! A lifetime achievement. I always look for job candidates who played a varsity sport or gained the rank of Eagle Scout.
You both have my respect. That’s a great achievement in what will hopefully be a long road of successful endeavors!
Congratulations! It will become more important to him as he grows older!
Congratulations to your son. He is in rare and great company.
Hopefully in about a year I’ll be able to post the same, and then maybe four years later.
We’ve got one Life and one who is one requirement away from Second Class.
