Rubbish. If that were the case the Constitution would have said so. “Natural born” means one is a citizen at birth rather than naturalized later, and that is all. Under current law, which I support changing, every single anchor baby is indeed eligible, as are people born overseas to American citizen parents.
Let's nominate a 35+ year old "anchor baby" for President and see what happens. I'm confident you'll learn something new.
