The only way for Clinton to get back in the White House (other than playing Lurleen Wallace if Hillary were to get elected) would be to be appointed Speaker of the House and have the President and Vice President both resign. It's possible that he would only be "Acting President" but I'm not sure. Of course if the House is in Republican hands that won't happen. It isn't required for the Speaker to be a current member of the House of Representatives.

This reminds me of Jan. 20, 2001, when Bill Clinton talked for an hour at the airport when leaving DC, which meant that the next event at the White House couldn't start until he shut up.

In the picture on Drudge, it look’s like Bill’s laying claim to the title of “The Great Cornholio”

I'm no fan of President Obama, but at the start of the conference, President Obama told us that he would be leaving President Clinton there by himself, because he had to go to a Christmas Party.
Okay, thanks, that's the part I didn't see, so this was all set up in advance. I imagine this speech of Bill's will help Hillary should she run up against Obama again, providing Obama even runs, instead of just running away ...

If I’m not mistaken the only bill O ever voted on was the abortion bill in Chi town. I think all other or most voting he did while Senator was present. I think O is in over his head and daddy has come to save the day.

I’d almost be glad to have Bubba back.

That’s how bad it is.

During the Bush terms, liberals sported bumper stickers that said, "Bring back Monica Lewinski". I think I want one of those now...

Probably the only thing preventing Obama from mimicking old WJC's lip biting routine was Obama’s lip damage that is still healing?

Sorry to say Prez. Clinton does not look well. His complexion is so flushed and he looks worn and tired. Always liked his graciousness...he definitely has the “people skills” that Obummer will never have.

Remember when the mongrel in chief and his baby mama couldn’t even wait for W’s helicopter to lift off for Texas? BO and MO had dinner reservations at a restaurant 3 minutes away.

Then we have the ‘I have to scoop Michelle’s poop’ story.

Hopefully they will declare him incompetent and remove him. Those lowlives have absolutely no business heading this country.

“And he is still there talking. I was thinking watching this how weak O looks having to have Bubba talk for him. When he left the podium he left a trail of steam behind him.”

I’m envisioning a new Jeff Dunham dummie. Looks like BO but sounds just like Clinton!

It’s an interesting hypothetical: Where someone who is clearly ineligible to be President or VP due to having served two prior terms as President, is serving as Speaker when the current Pres and VP become incapacitated, is that Speaker eligible “in the breach”?

I agree with your guess that this Speaker would probably serve as Acting President for a short time, but given the clear intent of the 22d and (last sentence of) the 12th Amendments, his/her continued service may lead to a constitutional crisis. Ideally, such a Speaker-turned-Acting-President would offer to step down (and return to the Speakership) in favor of the Senate President pro tempore, Sec. State and so on.
