I am trying to find a recipe for something I made over Thanksgiving. I had clipped the recipe out of a magazine and then tossed it after I made it, thinking I could find it again, either in a magazine or the internet.

It was a pumpkin cheesecake with a crust made of gingersnaps and required baking. It called for lots of cream cheese and 1 can of pumpkin. Can anyone help?
