hummmm His job was in DC and his home was in Chicago. Has this guy figured out how to be in 2 places at one time or was he just working from home?
Many people work daily remote from their home. It doesn’t even have to be an assignemnt so short as to be called temporary. The issue to me is did he have a residence, vote and pay taxes in that jurisdiction and otherwise particpate in civic and local matters as a resident would.
