Thanks to everyone that has responded. She did sign in and click the thumbnails, but evidently once they’re uploaded there, they are unable to be expanded. All she’s gotten is the same thumbnail.

If we can’t do it, I understand, she’s pretty resigned to not being able to make them larger, but I thought I’d try. I’ve never seen such a wealth of knowledge as I’ve seen on here!
