About 95% covered now, brownish/slight redish color on disk now. Could be “blood moon” type of thing.

Gone totally ‘dark’ in ne TX at 1:42 am! I can still see ‘the rabbit’ through the shade though, cool! :-)

Brownish red now with a very slight hint of sunlight on western side.

Galileo I ain’t, LOL. Having a lot of fun trying to hold my rinkydink digital camera still to take a picture—getting all kinds of funky images because it’s chilly out and my hand is shaking

Ha-ha--Me too--on both accounts.

The darkness of the soul before the dawn. That great orange globe hanging there, surrounded by stars. Too cold to stay. I will remember the shortest day when the 2 lights went out.

Very awesome! We got home late tonight and our headlights set them off. You could hear the babies howling, too. Hear them all the time, got to see one from my kitchen window in the backyard this summer.

Totality here, but the clouds have come in to cover it, no view right now.

In the past few minutes since I came in to warm up and post here some clouds rolled in—not many but enough that I can’t see the moon any more :-( but that’s okay because at least I got to see it darken! And I’m sure there will be awesome professional pictures tomorrow to check out! Good night all! :-)

Got a break in the clouds here, just as the eclipse went full. Beautiful.

Through binoculars, a reddish glow covered the surface. Reminded me of the distant wildfires I could see in the Santa Catalina Mtns years ago.

Added to my list of things I'll never see again, next to Hale Bopp.
