the real heirs in his realm are his two younger sons ...I would guess the daughter already has most of her shares etc
but...they are in trouble...big and may not survive except as a “name”...a trademark which is still very valuable
both they and Penthouse have collapsed financially, it's bad enough that Hef’s digs in Holmby Hills are on the market but his ad sales per issue are a fraction of the old days...and they never made a good internet transition
they are simply too tame for what is out there for free

And in that same vein, I doubt ol’ Hef will have sexual relations with his new playmate. It’s just to keep him warm.
