Finding a video is not equivalent to authorship.
Sticking a video you had nothing to do with on your blog does not make it yours.

As you pointed out above, the blog person found it. They are after all supplying some service. One can either thank the blogger for finding the video and go along with the bloggers indirect link, or one can ignore the fact that the blogger found an interesting video and find the video themselves.
All that said, scrolling through your "blog pimp" rants on numerous threads has become more time consuming.
Here's an idea.
If a blogger breaks a rule on FreeRepublic, then report them so we can take care of this "problem" once and for all.
If a blogger isn't breaking a rule, then suggest a rule to the powers that be or quit spamming such posts.
Just a suggestion.
