Yes, but that’s the way it is. In my opinion, it can’t/shouldn’t be fought as a war, because there is no enemy like in other wars. These guys move from country to country as they wish, no uniforms, no loyalty to any one country. Their loyalties are to a global region and a radical religious view. We can’t just go into a country and blow it away because the majority of their population is Muslim. That would be wrong.
