I don’t know if you’ve been following this issue or not, but here’s the point:
We know virtually nothing about this man who lives in the White House.
There is little or no documentation of his life. Everything we’ve been told is open to question.
He has written books that tell his story, but few of the “facts” he states are provable. Many have been shown to be untrue.
We know that he was born. We don’t know where, or when, or who his biological parents were. We know he lived in Hawaii and in Indonesia as a child, but the dates are fuzzy, with conflicting stories.
There are no college records, little documentation that he actually attended Columbia as claimed. We don’t know how he managed to get into Harvard, since he was an admitted crack user and mediocre student. Where did his middle-class family find money to send him to expensive private schools? Was he an international student with financial aid to meet affirmative action and diversity quotas? How did he get into school without showing proper identification? What did he produce — an Indonesian passport?
We don’t even know if the man is a citizen. His Indonesian grade school enrollment form (one of the few pieces of documentation that haven’t “disappeared”)lists him as “Barry Soetoro,” a muslim and an Indonesian citizen.
There’s no reason to think his bio father lived in Washington state, but Cashill suggests an interesting hypothesis. One mention in his “Dreams” book puts his mother in Chicago the summer before he was born.
We don’t know.
