It's a business for him. He's probably making a very good income from it, and it also sounds as though he derived some pleasure from it. There are a number of reasons why a woman seeks an abortion, but it is my impression that rarely do those reasons include a profit or pleasure motive.
Imho, most women regret having an abortion. It does not appear that this "doctor" regrets a thing.
