If they DIDN’T Serve Fried Chicken, they would of complained about that too...saying they didn’t respect the culture or some crap.
While in culinary arts school we had to prepare meals for black history month. Of course the menu is going to reflect the black culture in America. What do they want us to serve to honor the subject? Tubers and antelope?
I think they have their squelch turned up too high and are getting feedback from themselves.
