Mubarak may have the support of the Egyptian military.
Even so, that does not mean that Mubarak should renege on his promise to reform the government and address the grievances of the Egyptian people.
He must do that and he must do it as soon as possible, before he leaves office, immediately.
You assume that they desire democracy. They don’t.
