The Arab Street Revolt and the Brotherhood: This Time It’s Different
Canada Free Press ^ | February 3, 2011 | Steven Simpson

When Mohamed Bouazzi of Tunisia immolated himself on December 17, 2010, the incident barely was mentioned in most news media. After all, who cared about a troubled and insulted man with economic hardships in the barely known Maghrebi (North African) country of Tunisia? But Bouazzi’s desperate act has set off a chain reaction in the Arab world that will either lead to a domino effect of democracy for the Arab peoples, or an Islamist resurrection that has not been seen in centuries. And now with the downfall of Hosni Mubarak of Egypt, it appears that the Ikhwan al-Muslimun (the Muslim Brotherhood) may soon find itself in power and alter the Arab/Muslim world - as well as the world at large—to the extent that the Iranian revolution of 1979 will seem like an isolated incident.

The author gives a unique perspective that has not been talked about before: The Arab "street" has finally revolted against their masters, and the armies of the regimes can no longer be relied upon to save the dictators. However, it may unleash an Islamic tsunami not seen in ages with repercussions for America and the West. Very well researched.

The IB is calling for an end to the peace treaty with Israel and they’re not even in power yet

The Brotherhood—heavily influenced by Nazi ideology —as well as having excellent relations with Iran has learned from its violent past (including the assassination of al-Banna and the hanging of Qutb) that the key to victory lies through “peaceful” methods.—————

‘peaceful’ methods, like a Muslim brother becoming President of the United States????

As a “newbie” sorry if I have duplicated things that FP has spoken about. But it seems to me that it has to be drilled into the blissfully ignorant masses of America, just how dangerous the MB is, and what this means for America with a cryto-Muslim occupying the WH.

Hiyas.

I meant to support you yesterday in making the connection between the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem and al-Banna.

“As the rise of the Nazi state began in earnest with the appointment of Hitler as the Chancellor of Germany, al-Husseini began to make bid for an alliance with the Nazi State. He sought to represent the Muslim Brotherhood as a liaison with the Nazis. Between 1936 – 1939, the Mufti worked an arrangement with Adolf Eichmann to funnel money from the SS (German Secret Service) to the Muslim Brotherhood to foment a revolt in the Middle East. By 1939, the Mufti fled when he open the doors for direct aid from the Nazi command to the Arab military forces. (Joseph Schechtman, “The Mufti and the Fuehrer” p. 44-46 quoted by David Storobin in ,”Nazi Influence on the Middle East During WWII, Global Politician, January 5, 2005)

Mufti al-Husseini fled to Syria and while living there in exile between 1939 and April 1941, he collaborated Khairallah Tulah and the Syrian Social Nationalist Party (Syrian Nazi Party) in a revolt in Iraq. Together this group formed the Baath Parties of Syria and Iraq. (Joseph Schechtman, “The Mufti and the Fuehrer” p. 44-46 quoted by David Storobin in ,”Nazi Influence on the Middle East During WWII, Global Politician, January 5, 2005)”

IIRC, the Mufti was Arafat’s uncle, but don’t quote me on that. Saddam Hussein’s uncle was part of the Mufti’s inner circle; Saddam called him ‘uncle,’ as their families were so closely aligned.

IOW, you’re on it

Indeed. “Sheikh” Barack Hussein is probably an honorary member of the MB. Funny how one can be a Muslim and a Marxist (or Nazi) at the same time. I guess all totalitarian ideologies are cousins of one another. And Islam is an ideology. They worked with the Nazis during WWII, and with the Communists during the Cold War. Is there any stopping of them short of a new Crusade?

They must act while Obama is still in the white house controlling our military. Otherwise they will never get rid of Israel. Get it?

This whole thing was staged, first allow the youth to make the world believe it’s about democracy (which they do want) and then bring in the Muburack supporters to make the whole thing turn violent, then allow for a violent “takeover” to save the nation. We are heading quickly for the end times, things will happen so quickly now you will be shocked.

No apology needed. My snark wasn't directed at you, but rather at the author of the piece (Steven Simpson).

There's a recurring theme in the LSM and even some conservative media: What happened in Egypt couldn't have been foreseen. To paraphrase language they use about economic news, it was “unexpected.” And obastard backing the Muslim Brotherhood is a shock (to the extent the LSM even acknowledges that fact).

Well, not to us here in Freeper Land. That's all I meant to point out.
