If the voters are the “bosses”, and the employee is a senator or a house member, then the voters have a right to remove an employee who lied in order to get his job. True, but only in the months prior to an election are the voters the "bosses." Otherwise, we are "subjects."

I hate to say this but for the most part the voters in West Virginia are stupid. They kept Byrd and Rockefeller and now elect Manchin. As a once great Philosopher once said Stupid is as Stupid does.
