I would be content with leaving issues of marraige, age of consent, public decency, etc... to the State level but it is being pushed by the left at the federal level in multiple ways. Activist judges are also a huge problem as well.

Show me though where GOProud opposes using federal or state laws to punish people and businesses as is being done in numerous states today and is being pushed for by the left on a federal level?

GOProud is a group defined by their homosexuality. If they are conservative then they should be speaking out against these laws that dictate special perversion rights.

They instead actually support them just as they support special perversion rights in the military. Radio host Mulzberg asked one once why a soldier should be forced to shower and bunk with someone who openly professes homosexual perversions and the guy answered that it was the soldier who had no right and that he shouldn’t have joined.

Thanks for sticking with me, folks. I have done the research you suggested and I have changed my mind. You are right and I was wrong. Sorry, wita, but we lacked sufficient information. As for you, manc, I have been an active contributor to this site ten years longer than you and may have offered more value than you ever will. Take your advice for me to find another site and stick it!

Don't want to hijack the homo topic, but these "had no right" mindsets are taking hold in all facets:

My middle school son attends a Catholic school that hosted a dance last night. He said that on the bus kids from the public school claimed that the our - Catholic Christian private - school "had no right" to play Christian music because they and their parents didn't agree with it!

Unreal, but of course it allowed me to further educate my son on true conservative principles.
