I am Anglican. I have a huge amount of respect for the Roman Catholic Church, but I don’t always understand matters that are specific to them. For instance, why has Nancy Pelosi not been excommunicated?
She has excommunicated herself.
Excommunication is not a public act. It is private and “automatic” when something like this occurs. She can say that she is Catholic but, believe me, she isn’t.
She knows full well that the Church is forbidden from making Excommunication public.
