I think the threat of riots is way overblown. First of all, rioting is a warm weather pastime.

Second, many of the people who voted for 0bama are not the rioting type. The rioting type are ultra leftist anarchist types, union thugs (maybe) and already lawless black people.

Many of the people who voted for 0bama now don’t like him - they believed the ad copy that he was nice, not racist, wanted to bring people together, and all that nonsense malarky. Now that he’s revealed himself for the fiend that he is, many who voted for him before will not again. Remeber the polls about how many Americans didn’t like 0bamacare? Something like 90% didn’t like it!!

There won’t be massive rioting, and you can take that to be bank. Sure, maybe - just maybe - some inner cities may burn up a little bit, but our country has survived that and worse.

To wimp out on the rule of law because of fear of unruly crowds means our country is already lost.

Speaking of COLB fraud, this has to be right up there with one of the biggest, as I'm sure your well aware...

Info about Sun Yat Sen: http://www.time.com/time/asia/asia/magazine/1999/990823/sun_yat_sen1.html

Sun Yat Sen was not born in Hawaii (or the territory of Hawaii).

The issuing of COLB's to foreign born people, based solely on the "affidavit" of 1 relative, is part of the HI corruption that's been going on for a very long time.

Hawaii's Territorial Law, Chapter 57 - "VITAL STATISTICS, I", shown beginning pg 23 of 29, (the law in effect in 1961) allowed the parents (or grandparents or other relative) of baby's born anywhere in the world to be eligible to apply for a Hawaiian birth certificate. A mailed-in form (without mention of a hospital, doctor, or midwife) signed by one of his grandparents (who forged the parent signature(s)) would have been enough to set up a birth record and a birth certificate at the Dept of Health. The Dept of Health would (presumably) then have automatically sent the names of the parents, their address as given on the mailed-in form , the gender of the child, and the date of birth to the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin. The address given for the parents in the newspaper announcements is actually, however, the August 1961 home address of Obama’s maternal grandparents Stanley and Madelyn Dunham [6085 Kalanianaole Highway], and not the 1961 home address of Barack Obama, Sr. [625 11th Ave].).

Of course, his place of birth is just 1 issue. The other is that (if Sr. was his legal father) Barry was born owing allegiance to multiple nations. Clearly not a natural born Citizen as known or intended by the framers.

“On our side”. My side does not need to give in to the wild-eyed conspiratorial garbage to win elections. My side realizes that the only one that benefits from the Birther garbage on the internet is Barrack Hussein Obama. My side is extremely disappointed that some people, who, after living through eight years of mindless conspiracy and defamatory attacks on Pres. Bush, decided that instead of setting an example and disagreeing with and opposing the president based on substantive issues, to follow the trail originally blazed by the far left and spread patently untrue rumors. If you want to stay on your side and guarantee Obama a second term becasue you can’t handle a simple fact of where Obama was born, don’t feel surprised if my side starts to get just a little bit resentful.

You are singularly ill-informed, and that can only be wilfully.

Very plauseable.

The SCOTUS will wimp out anyway. That is in the bank too.

You lose. Polls against Obamacare were in the range of 59-67%.

P.S. Don't respond to my posts with your "I'm always right, you're wrong attitude."

Well, my memory was that the percentage of people opposed was higher, but even if your figures are correct, 2/3 of the population against it is pretty high.

Perhaps I’m remembering the unprecedented volume of calls, emails, faxes and letters to DC, 99% of which were vociferously opposed.

I didn’t say I’m always right, just in these instances.

Thin skin?

Yeah, thin skin tonight. I’m not always right, but 67%, two thirds, is the highest number against I recall. Which is plenty enough to trash it!

To: untrained skeptic
Was it made clear to all the signers and those ratifying the constitution that natural born citizens (which happens to be in lower case in the Constitution) was referring to Vattel's definition rather than [untrained skeptic's ignorant, feudal, and nonexistent] definition of someone who became a citizen at the time of their birth?

Yes, they were all familiar with natural law, since they were founding a republic based on natural law. They would have all been well aware that the draft requiring the President merely be "born a citizen" had been rejected in favor of a stricter requirement that the President be a natural born citizen because that would provide a stronger check on foreign influence in the executive. They were aware that the condition of the father naturally passes on from the father to the child. They were not being bamboozled by Gen. Washington and John Jay. They knew what they were doing. They were not as ignorant and illiterate as you seem to be.

So what would be the citizenship of someone who's father is unknown?

The condition of a bastard follows the condition of the mother. This is very basic stuff. Try reading a book some time.

Hope this helps.

"Every law he’s signed,
Every appointment he’s made,
Every Executive Order he’s issued,
Everything he’s done in office is on the line.........."

The very definition of a Constitutional Crisis.

Let us say the Supremes find that Obama did not meet the requirements to be President:

Can he be Impeached? He is technically not President and if so how do you impeach someone who isn't President?

But if he is not President then Biden Technically would not be Vice President because of the way the Constitution was Amended for Presidential Elections.

So does this mean its President Boehner?

If so I can guarantee you there would be race riots in the largest of our nations cities at the very least.

And I guarantee you the Supremes know this also!

The “stunning!” Petition for Rehearing was denied by SCOTUS this morning, without comment and without any recorded dissent.

Exactly what my theory predicted.

What was the court’s response to the plaintiff’s motion for Kagan and Sotomayor to recuse themselves? Did they recuse themselves from a case in which they had an EXTREME personal and financial conflict of interest?

Yep four Justices didn’t vote to bring the case forward regardless of how Justice Kagan and Justice Sotomayor may have participated.

1) Obama’s birth certificate showing a Hawaiian birth is on file with the State. That is an inescapable fact that has yet to be disproven, therefore

I dont know that, please provide the exact quote stating that.
