This is so heartening. To see states actively fighting back against Obamacare and to see the Republicans in WI fighting back against the public unions. I understand that the govt has gone back to Judge Vinson to ask for a clarification. I hope he issues the injunction he was loath to issue earlier.
I think I read that Nebraska is also going to wait for a SCOTUS ruling.
