I have noticed a slight increase in rates already.
I hope a Freepers are prepared with plenty of ammo. It is about to really get ugly in the huge metro areas, especially those with an above normal abundance of public sector FREELOADERS (those riding in the wagon rather then pulling; the takers not the makers).
