From Sr.’s school article - “The teachers were very strict. Students were thoroughly vetted before being enrolled.”

How ironic. If only our Congress were as strict as some little African school.

“Otula says Obama Sr went straight to the US from Maseno to start his academic tour.”

Otula would be about 80 years old trying to recall events in the early 1950’s. Not very reliable without any documentation that I have seen to support Obama Sr leaving Kenya in 1955 at age 19 to go to the USA.

Here is what Wiki documents:

“In 1954, after attending the Maseno National School, Obama Sr. was married for the first time at the age of eighteen, to Kezia Aoko[18] in a tribal ceremony. They had two children, Malik (aka Roy) and Auma, during the early years of their marriage. Later, while Obama Sr. was married to his third wife, Kezia had Abo and Bernard, thought to be with Obama Sr.,[19] but in Dreams from My Father, it is stated that the Obama family question whether Abo and Bernard are his biological sons.[20]”

Note that per this wiki interpretation it is the paternity of the two last sons of Kezia, not the first two pre-1960 children of Obama Sr. that appears to have been questioned by Mama Sarah (for what it's worth).
