How about an ILLEGAL DRUG, TAX?
He could probably balance his budget in a few weeks.
Or how about an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT tax directed towards ILLEGALS? Again, he could clean up. They don’t seem to want to do anything about ILLEGAL immigrants so why not TAX THEM?

Let’s see. We are going to tax a product that is at times inhaled into the lungs because it is harmful to the user’s health but we are going to legalize ANOTHER product that is ALWAYS inhaled deeply into the lungs because it doesn’t hurt anyone. This state is run by some of the most stupid, stupid people.
